How do I create an account on EduLearn360?
Click on the “Sign Up” button on the homepage, enter your email address, create a password, and complete the registration process. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login page, click “Forgot Password”, enter your registered email address, and follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.
How can I update my profile information?
After logging in, go to your Profile Settings where you can update your name, email address, and other personal details.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods are accepted?
EduLearn360 accepts credit/debit cards and other supported online payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to protect your information.
Will I receive an invoice after payment?
Yes, once your payment is successful, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

How do I enroll in a course?
Browse the available courses, select the course you want, and click the “Enroll” button. If the course is paid, you’ll be prompted to complete the payment first.
Can I enroll in multiple courses at the same time?
Yes, you can enroll in multiple courses simultaneously and access them from your dashboard
Where can I see my enrolled courses?
All your enrolled courses are available in the “My Courses” section of your dashboard.
Certificates
How do I get a course completion certificate?
After successfully completing all course requirements, your certificate will be automatically generated and made available for download.
Where can I download my certificate?
You can download your certificate from the “Certificates” section in your dashboard.
Can I re-download my certificate later?
Yes, certificates remain available in your account and can be downloaded anytime.
